Recommended Dose: 1 millilitre (6 sprays=1 ml) 1 – 2 time(s) per day, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Recommended Usage: Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. Store in a cool, dry place. Shake before use.

Great product

I really like all the health benefits of this product. After researching the different mushrooms this contains I was very impressed. It's an easy way to stay healthy.

I have used this product for 6 yes.

I have crohns and auto immune system. I only time I have had the flu or cold was when I ran out and didn't think it was a big deal. I was wrong. I now keep an extra supply. I also use the defense bottle.
I can't live with out it. I tell everyone with any issues. I trust this product 150%.
